Searching the terms “remove Timeline” or “off Timeline” on Facebook, you will find a plethora of groups and pages that promise to help relieve or remove the new feature. But there is one small problem, removal it is not feasible, so it is almost certain that these are trying to take advantage of the situation.
Some of the scams seem to be relatively harmless, they redirect you to another page asking you to “like” some sites and magically the “problem” will be solved.Although for someone who has a relevant experience will recognize from a distance that scam, some people don’t know how exactly facebook is working and ripped off easily.
And while a “like” on one webpage would not cause a problem, other sites suggest some users to download and install lot of extensions which in fact may cause serious damage.
If you really dislike so much the new feature of Facebook, you could always try to remove facebook timeline from your profile, or just deactivate it using tricks.

To Whom It May Concern:
I try Facebook Timeline for at least a week and I don’t like it, and I was wondering if you can assist me in taking me back to my old layout? because I try getting back to my old layout and it doesn’t let me, it ask me for my mobile cell phone so they can send me the code and I can give them authorization to remove Timeline and I don’t have text on my cell phone.
