How to switch back to my old facebook profile?
If you have already activated facebook timeline in your profile and you prefer the old layout but facebook doesn’t allow you to switch back, here is a simple solution for you.
Download and use internet explorer 7. This way, as this browser is not supported by facebook anymore, each time you are visiting facebook you will face your old profile.
Moreover, if you don’t want to change your favorite browser, you can just make it simulate internet explorer 7 by changing the settings: Preferences> Advanced> Show Develop Menu In Bar
However, keep in mind that this your friends will continue facing the new layout and your old posts, if you don’t change your privacy settings, or try to remove totally facebook timeline from your profile.
